Partnerships with Sunline, Buzzebees, and top universities fuel Thailand’s digital and workforce transformation
In a move that underscores deepening bilateral ties and accelerating digital innovation in Southeast Asia, Vietnam’s FPT Corporation has signed multiple strategic partnerships in Thailand across both business and education sectors.
The agreements—inked during the official visit of Thai Prime Minister H.E. Paetongtarn Shinawatra to Vietnam—include collaborations with leading enterprises Sunline and Buzzebees, and top educational institutions Khon Kaen University and King Mongkut’s University of Technology.

At the Vietnam–Thailand Business Forum 2025, FPT joined hands with Sunline, a global core banking solution provider, to scale the delivery of digital core banking services for Thailand’s evolving financial ecosystem. FPT brings its two-decade experience with global banks to support digital banking, lending, and core modernization.
In a separate agreement, FPT partnered with Buzzebees, Thailand’s top loyalty and digital engagement platform, to co-develop consumer-focused solutions for cross-merchant loyalty and data-driven marketing across the retail, telecom, and finance sectors.
On the academic front, FPT University entered MoUs with King Mongkut’s University to co-develop training programs in AI, Robotics, and Automotive Automation, and with Khon Kaen University to support Thailand’s Semiconductor Sandbox initiative.

Thailand is a key APAC market for FPT, with clients in banking, insurance, energy, healthcare, and aviation. The firm plans to double its Thai workforce by 2027, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner in regional digital transformation.
