eScan Strengthens CIO Connect with Enterprise Security Suite at CIO 500 Intercity Events

Enterprise DLP, unified management console gain strong traction among CIOs as eScan engages across six major cities ahead of Mumbai chapter

eScan, a global leader in IT security solutions, is actively participating in the ongoing CIO 500 Intercity events across India, showcasing its Enterprise Security Suite and engaging directly with CIOs to understand evolving security priorities. After successful engagements in Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, and Ahmedabad, the company is gearing up for the upcoming Mumbai chapter next month.

The Enterprise Security Suite — spanning Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) — has received strong attention from enterprise leaders. Among these, Enterprise DLP has sparked the most interest, with CIOs particularly concerned about protecting sensitive data in hybrid and remote work environments.

“Our interactions at CIO 500 reaffirmed what we’ve always believed – cybersecurity should be powerful yet easy to manage. CIOs today are not just protecting IT assets, they are enabling business growth, and our unified platform empowers them to achieve both,” said Shweta Thakare, Global Vice President, Sales and Marketing, eScan.

A key differentiator resonating with CIOs and CTOs has been eScan’s unified management console, which consolidates security operations across Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile platforms. This approach addresses long-standing pain points around multiple vendor dashboards and fragmented alerts.

“From a strategic point-of-view, these events help us stay grounded in real-world challenges rather than getting caught up in theoretical security scenarios. The questions we received — about insider threat detection, zero-day response, phishing simulation, and long-term behavioral analysis — directly influence our development priorities,” said Govind Rammurthy, CEO and Managing Director, eScan.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with CIOs valuing eScan’s balance of advanced capabilities and operational simplicity, especially in the face of cybersecurity skill shortages. With Mumbai next on the calendar, eScan aims to continue strengthening its connect with India’s CIO community and shaping its product roadmap around enterprise needs.
