Dell, CAI Recognizes ‘India’s best CIOs’

Recognizes the winners of the second edition of awards—“India’s best CIOs”, held in Mumbai

Dell in partnership with the CIO Association of India (CAI) recognized the winners of the second edition of awards—“India’s best CIOs”, held in Mumbai, which witnessed the gathering of the top 50 CIOs of the country, selected based on peer-to-peer nominations.

Vijay Sethi, CIO, Hero MotoCorp and T.G. Dhandapani, CIO, TVS Motors were awarded the first two places respectively in the community-driven CIO Award Series. Ajit Manocha, CIO, Syngene International (Biocon) and Suneel Aradhye, Group CIO, RPG Group were jointly awarded the third place. J.S. Sodhi, CIO, Amity Group awarded as ‘India’s most eminent CIO’ for the second time.

The theme of the event was ‘Winning through Transformative Leadership’’ where the awards were presented by Sourav Ganguly, ex-Captain of the Indian Cricket team. The other keynote speaker at the event was Arvind Gupta, National Head, Information and Technology of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
