Chetan Yadav Joins Cashfree Payments as Senior VP – HR

Cashfree Payments has appointed Chetan Yadav as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. The company continues to expand its senior leadership team as part of its efforts to get ready for the next phase of growth and expansion.

Chetan Yadav has 20 years of experience in handling key aspects of HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Key Talent Retention, Performance Management, Attrition Planning & Prevention, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, Learning and Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning. He has played an important role in establishing new businesses and teams, both domestically and abroad. He has also managed large distributed teams. Chetan has experience working for various industries, leveraging his knowledge across sectors like tech products, robotics, e-commerce, finance, IT, and operations-intensive setups like hospitality and ITES.

As part of his current role, Chetan will oversee both the comprehensive HR operations and HR strategy at Cashfree Payments. As the Head of HR, he will have oversight over all teams, including Human Resources Business Partners, Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Administration. His focus will be on driving transformational efforts through the lens of people and culture, enhancing capabilities, nurturing leadership, and aligning HR processes.
