SAP announced the successful, full-scale cloud-led digital transformation of Birla Opus Paints, the fast-growing paints business of Grasim Industries under the Aditya Birla Group. Built entirely on SAP’s integrated cloud suite, the company has created a modern, agile and scalable digital backbone that powers its operations from inception to nationwide expansion.

Anchored on SAP S/4HANA Cloud and complemented by SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP Commerce, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Vistex and SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Birla Opus Paints has established a unified digital core connecting planning, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and dealer engagement. The end-to-end cloud implementation was achieved significantly faster than industry norms—compressing what traditionally takes decades into under two years.
