Digitate Strengthens Agentic AIOps Push as Autonomous IT Gains Momentum

Rahul Kelkar

Digitate is strengthening its position in the emerging Autonomous IT market as enterprises move beyond AI-assisted monitoring toward systems that can detect, reason and remediate IT problems with limited human intervention.

The company’s 2026 momentum includes recognition from IDC and Constellation Research, a Microsoft Azure certification and an expanded ecosystem of AI agents and technology partnerships. Together, the developments underline a broader shift in AIOps from alert reduction and observability toward governed autonomous action.

IDC named Digitate a Leader in its Worldwide AIOps 2026 Vendor Assessment, highlighting the capabilities of ignio 7.0, including autonomous AI agents, governed action execution and more than 90% alert-noise reduction. The platform also supports more than 100 integrations and native OpenTelemetry ingestion across hybrid environments.

“Customers no longer need to guess what’s happening in their environments. ignio autonomously detects, correlates, and not only alerts on issues across complex hybrid infrastructure, but proactively self-heals many issues without human intervention.” — Rahul Kelkar, Chief Product Officer, Digitate

Digitate’s ignio platform has also been listed twice in Constellation Research’s Q3 2026 ShortList, covering Decision Intelligence Platforms and Autonomous IT Platforms. The recognition reflects the growing convergence between IT operations, business process intelligence and autonomous workflows.

The company has expanded ignio with AI agents covering incident remediation, event management, cloud cost optimisation and business SLA prediction, with the goal of enabling ticketless IT operations.

Meanwhile, Digitate’s Solutions Partner with Certified Software Designation for Azure places ignio among a small group of certified solutions on Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The company has also expanded its ecosystem through AWS, BMC and OpenTelemetry integrations.

The larger industry implication is that AIOps is increasingly being measured not by how quickly it identifies an incident, but by how effectively it can prevent business disruption and resolve problems autonomously while maintaining governance and human oversight.
