Roy brings more than three decades of experience across India’s ICT and telecommunications sectors. During his career, he has led large-scale enterprise businesses, driven go-to-market strategies, and built high-performing teams across highly competitive markets.
Before joining Ishan Technologies, Roy served as India Vertical Head for Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution at ServiceNow India. He also spent nearly 14 years at Bharti Airtel, where he held leadership roles across Government Business, Enterprise Business, and Carrier Wholesale. His professional journey includes senior positions at Tata Communications, HFCL, and Tulip Telecom, giving him deep expertise in enterprise connectivity, digital transformation, and customer-focused business growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and is an alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and INSEAD Fontainebleau.
