iManage Expands APAC Leadership Team to Accelerate Regional Growth

iManage

iManage, the company dedicated to Making Knowledge Work, has announced a series of senior appointments and a key promotion aimed at supporting and accelerating its business growth across the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) region. The strategic move reflects the company’s long‑standing investment in APAC, where it has operated since 1997 and continues to record strong year‑on‑year growth, bolstered by rapid enterprise adoption of AI‑enabled technologies.

APAC remains one of the world’s most advanced regions for AI adoption, with more than three‑quarters of businesses now using at least one AI‑powered digital platform. The rising focus on productivity, efficiency, and workflow intelligence has fueled increased demand for iManage solutions across legal, accounting, government, banking, and financial services sectors.

“APAC’s appetite for innovation and AI‑powered productivity continues to accelerate our momentum. Strengthening our regional leadership ensures we can scale with that demand.”

Gianni Giust, APAC Market Leader, iManage

To strengthen regional operations and maintain this pace of expansion, iManage announced the following leadership changes:

Gianni Giust has been promoted to APAC Market Leader.
Based in Brisbane, Giust will guide business strategy and regional growth. Since joining iManage in 2017 as Director for ANZ, he has consistently driven adoption across key verticals and built strong channel partnerships. His previous leadership roles include Associate Director of Sales at Optus.

Brendan Dewar has been appointed Regional Sales Leader for ANZ.
Dewar will focus on increasing market reach through iManage’s reseller network. He brings significant legal‑tech expertise from senior positions at LexisNexis and Dye & Durham Australia.

Louis Coetzee has been named Senior Manager of Customer Experience (APAC).
The newly created role positions Coetzee as the first dedicated customer experience leader in the region. He joins from insightsoftware, where he led professional services and business development initiatives across APAC.

iManage also confirmed ongoing recruitment for multiple go‑to‑market positions globally, reflecting continued business expansion. The appointments follow the company’s recent hiring of Mike Eichsteadt as Vice President of AI Engineering in January.

Giust said strengthening the leadership bench will be critical to supporting customers and scaling partnerships. He highlighted plans to expand the company’s platform capabilities, including its iManage AI offerings.
