IndusInd Bank has named Ravi Kumar Pangal as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), marking a strategic enhancement of the bank’s technology leadership team as it accelerates digital transformation across its operations.

Ravi Kumar Pangal is a seasoned technology executive with deep experience leading large-scale technology and transformation programs in the financial services sector. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he served as Global CIO Core Banking and held key technology leadership roles focused on digital transformation, retail technology products, and global technology strategy at leading financial institutions. His career reflects a strong track record of shaping enterprise technology roadmaps and driving innovation in core banking and customer-facing technology platforms.

In his new capacity as CIO, Pangal will oversee IndusInd Bank’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. His mandate includes strengthening the bank’s core banking systems, enhancing operational resilience, and advancing analytics-driven customer experiences critical priorities as the bank navigates a period of leadership evolution and strategic realignment.
