Essen Vision strengthens its leadership bench as it expands into compliance and advanced offensive security services

Essen Vision has announced the appointment of Shahjahan Moosa as its new Chief Revenue Officer, marking a strategic move designed to consolidate the company’s growth momentum in cybersecurity and expand its footprint across compliance, offensive security, and managed security services. The appointment comes at a time when enterprises, especially in BFSI and other regulated sectors, are accelerating investments in cyber resilience and looking for partners with both technical depth and execution capability.

A veteran cybersecurity leader with nearly three decades of industry experience, Shahjahan has built a reputation for scaling mid-size technology companies and leading high-performance sales organizations. His career includes significant leadership roles at N&N, Encrust, and DigitalTrack, where he drove revenue expansion by developing sales teams from the ground up and creating the processes, systems, and structures essential for sustainable growth. His people-first leadership style, combined with strong commercial acumen, has made him a trusted advisor to large enterprises navigating increasingly complex cyber risks.

“Shahjahan’s ability to build teams and scale organizations will accelerate our next phase of growth.”

— Nityanand Shetty, CEO, Essen Vision

In his new role at Essen Vision, Shahjahan will oversee the company’s end-to-end revenue organization, including sales, services, and go-to-market strategy. He will also lead the launch of a new cybersecurity compliance and offensive security services portfolio, comprising VAPT, Red Teaming, and GRC offerings. This move signals Essen Vision’s intent to broaden its solutions stack and address the rising demand for advanced security validation, governance frameworks, and proactive threat assessment.

According to Nityanand Shetty, CEO of Essen Vision, Shahjahan’s appointment is a timely and strategic investment in leadership as the company prepares for its next phase of expansion. He noted that Shahjahan’s long-standing ability to build teams, drive structure, and execute transformation aligns perfectly with the organization’s ambitions.

With cyberthreats growing in sophistication and enterprises seeking integrated, end-to-end security partners, Shahjahan’s arrival positions Essen Vision to scale faster, expand deeper into regulated verticals, and strengthen its leadership in India’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
