Infoblox, a leader in cloud networking and security services, has appointed Justin Kappers as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). In his new role, Kappers will lead the company’s global IT strategy and operations, with a strong focus on advancing AI-driven initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and enabling long-term business growth.

Kappers brings over two decades of enterprise technology leadership, most recently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at NetApp, where he modernized core business systems and leveraged automation and AI to drive productivity across customer success, support, and sales. He has also held senior roles at Broadcom, where he built the Enterprise Program Management Office and drove IT strategy, and earlier at Deloitte, working on IT process and systems implementations.
