Jordan’s elevation from product leadership to CMO reflects Epicor’s commitment to aligning innovation with customer engagement across the supply chain economy
Epicor, a global leader in industry-specific enterprise software, has announced the appointment of Kerrie Jordan as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With a unique blend of product innovation and strategic marketing expertise, Jordan will lead Epicor’s global marketing strategy, focusing on brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion across the make, move, and sell economy.
Jordan previously served as Group Vice President of Product Management and ISV Partner Programs, where she played a pivotal role in shaping Epicor’s Cognitive ERP roadmap—an AI-driven approach that transforms ERP systems from passive record-keeping tools into intelligent engines of insight and action.
“Kerrie’s ability to connect product strategy with market execution makes her an ideal fit for this role,” said Vaibhav Vohra, President and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Epicor. “Her leadership has already helped shape our Cognitive ERP vision, and we’re excited to see her bring that same energy and insight to our global marketing efforts.”
As CMO, Jordan will focus on amplifying Epicor’s impact in key industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, and building supply. Her strategy will emphasize the convergence of product, analytics, and go-to-market execution—accelerating innovation and delivering measurable value to customers worldwide.
“Epicor is at the forefront of helping essential businesses thrive through AI-driven, connected, intelligent technologies.”
