From a ₹1.5 lakh startup to a ₹500 crore global power leader, Best Power Equipments celebrates Silver Jubilee with vision, innovation, and community impact
Best Power Equipments (BPE), a pioneer in critical power solutions, celebrated its Silver Jubilee in Greater Noida, marking 25 transformative years of empowering industries and communities worldwide. The event brought together over 350 partners, employees, and international delegates to honor the company’s journey from humble beginnings to global prominence.
Founded in 2000 with an initial capital of just ₹1.5 lakh, BPE has grown into a ₹500 crore multinational, serving over 3 million clients in 20+ countries. With a product portfolio of 1,200+ critical power solutions, the company has played a vital role in large-scale projects—from India’s national security infrastructure to the YOTTA Data Centre in Navi Mumbai, as well as global partnerships with PLN in the Philippines, Airtel in Africa, and the Treasury Department of Vietnam.
“Without vision, you can’t grow. Be limitless.” — Amitansu Satpathy, Founder & Group Managing Director, BPE
“This journey began with a simple need—reliable power,” said Amitansu Satpathy, Founder and Group Managing Director of BPE. “Today, we stand as a global leader because we dared to dream big and embrace limitless possibilities. Our goal is not just growth, but meaningful progress that makes a lasting impact.”
The Silver Jubilee celebration was both grand and heartfelt, featuring classical performances and emotional tributes. Over 200 awards were distributed to dealers, employees, and partners to recognize their enduring contribution to BPE’s success.

Co-founder Suryasikha Satpathy highlighted the company’s culture of adaptability: “The key to success is being comfortable with being uncomfortable. Our resilience and openness to challenge have driven innovation and growth from day one.”
Beyond business, BPE is also investing in inclusive development. Its Omkar Gadi initiative delivers mobile digital classrooms to underserved rural areas in India, enabling children to access modern education and digital skills.
With its eyes set on the future, BPE aims to double its revenue to ₹1000 crore in the next three years, while deepening its global presence and innovating across its power and data center offerings.
As BPE turns 25, it stands as a testament to visionary entrepreneurship, purposeful growth, and a future where technology meets humanity.
