Shaikh joins MasterCard as Director – Network: Operations and Technology from Softvision IT where he was Head IT – Systems & Infrastructure.
Shaikh will be responsible for leading & coordinating with Global Delivery Operations – IT Infrastructure Operations, ensuring business continuity, quality and functionality of products and services. He will also head initiatives w.r.t resources, developments, services aligned with Organization and BU initiatives apart from establish road-maps aligned with Business Objectives of the Company and BU including support functions.
Faiz A Shaikh brings over 17+ years of global experience using IMS RIMS DCOPS DevOps Cloud IoT, ITES AMS, IDAM, Pre-Sales, Delivery (Support and Operations), PMO, COE, Program Governance & Practice management working along with Fortune 50, 100 and Global 500 companies. He is an expert in IT Governance Enterprise Account and Delivery Management spanning across global markets. Shaikh also has strong exposure across sectors, verticals like – BFSI, BNFS, Insurance, Healthcare and Life Science, Retail, Logistics, Telecom, Tours and Travels, Auto and Manufacturing globally.
