Former Salesforce executive joins leading SMB ERP platform to accelerate intelligent product development for ANZ markets

Wiise, the rapidly expanding cloud ERP platform tailored for small and medium-sized businesses, has announced the appointment of Sullivan McIntyre as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). McIntyre brings a wealth of global experience in product innovation, having previously served as VP of Product Management at Salesforce in Sydney and held key roles at Salesforce HQ in San Francisco.

With a strong background in ecommerce, marketing, and AI integrations, McIntyre has recently led enterprise solutions for multinational clients in China through strategic partnerships with Alibaba Cloud. At Wiise, he will spearhead the development of AI-powered ERP solutions aimed at transforming how SMBs manage supply chain, finance, and manufacturing operations.

“It’s great to have someone of Sullivan’s calibre and knowledge join us,” said Charlie Wood, CEO of Wiise. “His deep experience with product development and customer-centric approach will be ideal as we look to address customer pain points and accelerate our development of solutions to address them. Agentic AI is a clear area where both efficiency and growth can be unlocked for businesses in Australia and New Zealand, but SMBs in particular don’t have huge teams or budgets and need platforms to bring solutions to them.”

McIntyre expressed enthusiasm about joining a high-growth Australian tech company with a strong local footprint. “I’ve worked for major American tech companies both in Australia and at their HQs over in the States, but being able to join a high-growth Australian tech company is a privilege and experience I’m really looking forward to,” he said. “Australia and New Zealand are such unique markets, it’s critical that they are handled with real local knowledge and understanding.”

He added, “Australia has a great opportunity to grow through improving productivity. Businesses being able to easily integrate their operations with local financial systems and Government programs without lots of manual work is impactful, and of course, there is a huge opportunity to leverage AI for this, particularly for small businesses, where resources are limited.”

Wiise currently supports over 300 fast-growing organisations across Australia and New Zealand, including Queensland Mines Rescue, Lencom, Fresh Frontier, and Bentleys Tasmania.
