Seasoned digital transformation leader to drive technology-led growth and sustainability initiatives
Vishvaraj Environment Ltd, a leading player in water and wastewater management solutions, has appointed Yogesh Krishna Lohra as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective December 2025. In his new role, Lohra will lead the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy, aligning technology initiatives with Vishvaraj’s mission of sustainable infrastructure development and operational excellence.
With over two decades of experience across digital transformation, automation, and enterprise IT leadership, Lohra brings deep expertise in leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. Prior to joining Vishvaraj Environment Ltd, he held senior leadership roles across industries including real estate, banking, and financial services, where he successfully led large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.

Most recently, Lohra served as Head of Digital Transformation at L&T Realty, where he was instrumental in modernising enterprise systems, deploying data-driven platforms, and enhancing customer and operational experiences. Earlier, he played key roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, leading automation initiatives in digital banking, and at Piramal Enterprises, where he headed the Global RPA Digital Centre of Excellence, scaling intelligent automation across the organisation.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Lohra combines strong business acumen with deep technical expertise, having built and led high-performing teams focused on cloud adoption, automation, analytics, and enterprise resilience.
At Vishvaraj Environment Ltd, Lohra will focus on strengthening IT governance, driving digital innovation across project execution and operations, enhancing cybersecurity, and enabling data-led decision-making to support the company’s long-term growth and sustainability objectives.
