R. Ramasubramaniam, a seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience driving digital transformation and business value, has moved on from TTK Prestige Limited and joined the Ramraj Group as Group Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) and Senior Vice President.
Ramasubramaniam most recently served as Chief Information & Technology Officer at TTK Prestige, where he headed the IT and information security functions and played a central role in shaping the company’s digital strategy. During his tenure, he anchored large-scale digital transformation initiatives, strengthened technology governance frameworks, and led efforts to integrate secure, resilient infrastructure across the organisation. He has also served on the risk management committee and was a respected voice in technology forums and executive leadership circles.

Before joining TTK Prestige, Ramasubramaniam built a strong foundation in IT operations and strategic delivery in the consumer and manufacturing sectors. His earlier leadership roles included key technology positions at Titan Company Limited, where he led IT operations, project delivery, and SAP initiatives. Across his career, he has been recognised with industry accolades such as the CIO100 Award, CSO100, Global CIO recognitions, and other distinguished honours that underscore his commitment to innovation and execution excellence.
Educationally, Ramasubramaniam combines strong technical and business credentials with an MS from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) – Pilani, an MBA, and advanced certifications in information security and digital strategy, including executive programmes on digital transformation and leadership.
In his new role at Ramraj Group, Ramasubramaniam is expected to lead the company’s technology agenda, driving digital initiatives, strengthening data and IT governance, and enabling scalable, secure platforms that support growth, operational excellence, and future-ready capabilities.
His move marks a significant leadership transition and reinforces the growing importance of strategic technology leadership in India’s evolving enterprise landscape.
