Scott Grigg, Country Managing Director, Synechron Australia

Global technology consulting firm Synechron has officially unified its Australian businesses Chamonix IT, Exposé and iGreenData under the Synechron brand, strengthening its position as one of the region’s fastest‑growing digital transformation and engineering specialists. The move marks a major milestone following acquisitions first announced in 2024 as part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its capabilities and footprint across Australia and New Zealand.

Synechron now employs more than 1,500 professionals across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra, delivering secure, end‑to‑end digital transformation and platform solutions for enterprise and government clients. The company plans to add over 100 specialist roles in the first half of 2026 to support growing demand across financial services, government, defence, utilities, education and healthcare.

“As we move forward as one Synechron in Australia, we expect this growth to accelerate.”

— Scott Grigg, Country Managing Director, Synechron Australia

Globally, Synechron is headquartered in New York and employs over 16,850 professionals in 21 countries, making it one of the world’s fastest‑growing technology services providers. Over the past 12 years, its Australian teams have delivered more than 3,200 projects for some of the country’s largest financial, defence and public sector organisations.

“Australia is one of the most dynamic and competitive consulting markets in the world. Clients expect world‑class innovation paired with deep local experience,” said Faisal Husain, Co‑Founder and CEO, Synechron. “By bringing the Chamonix IT, Exposé and iGreenData teams together under one brand, we are uniquely positioned to help Australian organisations lead the future.”

Synechron also announced its new Australian leadership team, led by Scott Grigg as Country Managing Director, alongside senior leaders Max Sundaram, Kelly Drewett, Tim Coates and Etienne Oosthuysen. The firm continues to strengthen alliances with global technology vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, Databricks, Appian and ServiceNow, recently becoming one of the largest global ServiceNow practices in banking and financial services.
