Before Krisala Developers, Shah held pivotal technology leadership roles at Stetig Consulting Private Limited and Kohinoor Group Pune, where she drove IT strategy, cost optimisation, and large-scale transformation initiatives. At Kohinoor Group, she led multi-crore application and infrastructure modernisation programmes, vendor benchmarking, and large-scale asset and licence optimisation that delivered measurable financial impact.
