Pure Storage Rebrands as Everpure

Pure Storage

New identity and acquisition underscore the company’s evolution from storage pioneer to end‑to‑end data management leader

Pure Storage, long known for reshaping the enterprise storage industry, has officially rebranded as Everpure, marking a bold transformation that reflects its expanded mission in the age of AI. Alongside the new identity, the company announced its intent to acquire 1touch, a data intelligence and orchestration innovator whose capabilities will strengthen Everpure’s strategy to deliver fully contextualized, AI‑ready data at scale.

Everpure’s new positioning underscores the company’s evolution from providing high‑performance storage arrays to defining the architecture of next‑generation data management. Powered by the Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC) architecture and the Evergreen financial model, Everpure aims to eliminate the friction, silos, and manual overhead that limit enterprise AI adoption today.

“We are taking the next step in helping organizations unleash the full intelligence of their data.”

Charles Giancarlo, CEO, Everpure

Announcing the transformation, CEO Charles Giancarlo said: “Everpure reflects the company we have become as we help enterprises unleash the full power of their data. With 1touch, we are taking the next step in helping organizations not only gain control of their most valuable asset data but also understand, enhance, and contextualize it for actionable intelligence.”

A Data Management Platform Built for the AI Era

Everpure’s EDC architecture virtualizes global datasets under a unified, intelligent control plane ensuring data is available instantly, protected continuously, and governed seamlessly across environments. As enterprises scale AI across hybrid clouds, this unified data foundation aims to replace the fragmented and slow architectures that limit today’s AI deployments.

Accelerating Contextual Intelligence with 1touch

The intended acquisition of 1touch adds powerful capabilities in data discovery, classification, and semantic context, enabling Everpure to enrich data at the source across SaaS, on‑prem, and edge environments.

1touch CEO Ashish Gupta said the combination unlocks new possibilities:

“Data is the lifeblood of the AI era, but without the proper controls and semantic context, it remains an untapped resource. Together, we will enable enterprises to move from AI pilot to production with speed and confidence.”

Everpure will begin trading under its new identity on the NYSE from March 5, 2026, with the ticker PSTG unchanged.
