In a move that signals continuity and ambition, Exabeam has appointed Pete Harteveld as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Chris O’Malley, who announced his retirement after three years at the helm and over three decades of executive leadership.

Harteveld, formerly Chief Revenue Officer, steps into the role with more than 20 years of experience scaling global teams and driving revenue across cybersecurity and technology sectors.
