Palanikumar Arumugam has joined Hinduja Leyland Finance (HLF) as CISO. Prior to this, he was CISO at Equitas Small Finance Bank. He has also worked with Shikha Financial Services and Veritas Finance.
He holds a PG degree in IT and also holds Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) certifications, etc.
He is a seasoned InfoSec leader with more than two decades of experience in software development, applications and network infrastructure management, information and cyber security, digitalisation, automation, data privacy and the corresponding compliances and audits.
He has received multiple awards in his career including CISO 1000.
