Enterprise-grade platform built in eight weeks using AI-powered low-code achieves 90% user adoption and reduces licensing costs by 82%.
OutSystems and YASH Technologies have jointly announced the successful launch of vCentral, a fully integrated project-to-billing platform built using OutSystems’ AI-powered low-code technology. Supporting more than 8,000 users across global locations, the platform consolidates fragmented project management, resource allocation, timesheet workflows, and customer engagement functions into a single, scalable system—achieving over 90% organization-wide adoption within weeks.
For YASH, one of the world’s fastest-growing IT and engineering services firms, vCentral represents a decisive pivot towards a platform-first operating model. The company required a unified, future-ready foundation to support rapid growth and eliminate the inefficiencies of legacy applications and siloed workflows. OutSystems’ agility, combined with implementation support from Aaseya, allowed YASH to design, develop, and deploy vCentral in just eight weeks—five times faster than traditional development cycles.
“Building vCentral on OutSystems has been a game-changer—unifying our systems, accelerating delivery, and setting the stage for AI-driven transformation.”
— Shilpi Gupta, AVP, YASH Technologies
The new platform has already delivered significant business impact. Built with role-based security, automated workflows, and standardized processes, vCentral has improved operational execution across departments and geographies. By migrating away from its previous off-the-shelf solution within the remaining license window, YASH reduced annual licensing expenditure by 82%, while accelerating core functional delivery by 60%.
Speaking on the transformation, Shilpi Gupta, AVP at YASH Technologies, said the initiative has strengthened efficiency, cost control, and scalability: “vCentral is a major milestone in advancing our platform-first operating model. This unified platform not only improves execution but also lays the groundwork for AI-powered automation and global expansion.”
OutSystems echoed this sentiment. Vivek Ganesh, Regional Vice President, OutSystems India, noted: “Seeing an enterprise platform of this scale go live in just eight weeks showcases the true potential of AI-powered low-code to drive business outcomes with speed and precision.”
With the core foundation in place, YASH now plans to extend vCentral with advanced modules, including intelligent resource allocation, OCR-based document validation, and AI agents to enhance decision-making and predictive insights.
