Integrations with Amazon Bedrock, Q, and Connect to streamline deployment of AI agents for CX, work, and process automation

Kore.ai, a global frontrunner in enterprise conversational and generative AI, has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate enterprise AI deployments across industries. The agreement builds on Kore.ai’s existing AWS partnership and brings advanced AI capabilities—including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon Connect—closer to customers via seamless integrations.

With its award-winning Agent AI platform already supporting automation in service, work, and business processes, Kore.ai now aims to streamline access to its solutions via the AWS Marketplace. The move is expected to help enterprise customers scale AI initiatives quickly while maintaining flexibility across data, cloud, and application environments.

“Through this strategic agreement, Kore.ai and AWS will bolster collaborative product integrations and go-to-market strategies, helping hundreds of customers accelerate their AI transformation,” said Raj Koneru, Founder and CEO of Kore.ai.

Kore.ai has also joined the AWS ISV Accelerate Program, enabling tighter coordination with AWS sales teams to drive adoption of its AI-powered solutions. This comes on the heels of Kore.ai being recognized as AWS Generative AI/ML Market Disruptor of the Year earlier this year.

“This collaboration helps businesses realize transformative outcomes by simplifying advanced AI adoption.” — Raj Koneru, Founder & CEO, Kore.ai

The company’s AI agents—available as no-code and pro-code modules—are used by Global 2000 enterprises for contact center automation, intelligent virtual assistants, and AI-enabled workflows. Backed by a strong patent portfolio and analyst recognition, Kore.ai is well-positioned to lead enterprise AI adoption in sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, telecom, and retail.

Nitin Rakesh, CEO of Mphasis, added, “As Kore.ai’s strategic implementation partner, we are confident in their enterprise-ready AI solutions built on AWS. This collaboration further enhances our ability to deliver secure, scalable AI transformation for global clients.”

Chris Casey, Head of AWS Partnerships for APJ, remarked, “We’re excited to expand our collaboration with Kore.ai, combining our cloud infrastructure with Kore.ai’s scalable AI platforms to accelerate innovation for joint customers.”

The partnership reinforces Kore.ai’s expanding global footprint with strong presence across India, the UK, the Middle East, Japan, South Korea, and Europe.
