Freshworks has announced a multi-year partnership with McLaren Racing, becoming an Official Partner of the McLaren Formula 1 Team. The collaboration marks a significant step in enhancing McLaren’s IT operations, with Freshworks’ AI-powered IT service management (ITSM) solution, Freshservice, being integrated into the team’s infrastructure.

The partnership aims to streamline IT processes, reduce tech-based disruptions, and support McLaren’s high-performance goals by ensuring seamless global IT operations during the intense F1 race season. Freshservice enables McLaren to swiftly address service requests, eliminate complexity, and deliver services faster – allowing the team to stay focused on the track.

Freshworks branding will be prominently featured on McLaren F1 race cars and team kits, starting with the Belgian Grand Prix and continuing through the 2025 season and beyond.
