Firstsource Solutions has announced the appointment of Shamita Mukherjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.

Mukherjee brings over three decades of HR leadership experience, including her most recent role as Global CHRO for Infosys BPM. At Firstsource, she will spearhead the company’s people enablement strategy, focusing on cultivating future-ready skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning talent development with the company’s UnBPO™ approach—an innovative model for the future of work.
