ESDS Software Solution Limited, a leading AI-enabled cloud, managed services, data centre infrastructure, and software solutions provider, has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for subscription on August 28, 2026, and close on September 1, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at ₹408 to ₹429 per equity share of face value ₹1 each.

The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue worth up to ₹7,200 million, with the company’s shares proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE. Investors can bid for a minimum lot of 34 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

“Our strategic investments in AI cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing position us to capitalize on the growing demand for AI-driven digital services while strengthening our leadership in India’s cloud and data centre ecosystem.”

Founded in 2005, ESDS has established itself as one of India’s leading providers of cloud infrastructure, managed services, data centre solutions, software offerings, and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS). According to the Nexdigm Report, the company is among the few Indian players offering a comprehensive portfolio across these segments and was the largest by revenue among its peers in Fiscal 2026.

The company reported revenue from operations of ₹4,722.10 million in Fiscal 2026, up from ₹2,865.18 million in Fiscal 2024. Net profit rose significantly to ₹1,208.23 million from ₹136.09 million during the same period.

A key growth catalyst for ESDS is its recently signed US$1.25 billion AI cloud infrastructure agreement with an Australia-based neocloud AI compute provider. The project involves deploying approximately 8,208 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and related infrastructure, with revenue generation expected to begin in the third quarter of Fiscal 2027.

DAM Capital Advisors Limited and Systematix Corporate Services Limited are the book-running lead managers for the issue.
