German baby brand adopts cloud-based PLM to unify product data, integrate systems, and enhance operational visibility

emma & noah, a fast-growing German baby product brand, has selected Centric PLM™ to streamline operations, centralize product information, and scale efficiently as the company enters new European markets.

Founded in Düsseldorf in 2018, emma & noah is known for its sustainable, high-quality baby products. Rapid growth and expansion plans highlighted the need for a modern, cloud-based product lifecycle management solution. Centric PLM will replace disjointed processes and manual workflows with a unified platform, supporting product traceability, quality management, and regulatory compliance — critical factors in the children’s product segment.

“Digitalizing the product lifecycle will also improve traceability and ensure we are compliant with regulations,” said Aline Gallois-Trautmann, Founder of emma & noah. “With Centric PLM, we’re creating a robust digital infrastructure to support long-term growth.”

The implementation includes Centric SMB, tailored for small to mid-sized businesses. The platform will integrate with other enterprise systems like ERP, enabling seamless data exchange and real-time decision-making across teams. The design team, in particular, valued the platform’s visual interface and ease of adoption.

“Having all product information in one place with a clear seasonal overview will keep cross-functional teams aligned,” added Nadja Sack, Design & Product Lead at emma & noah.

Centric Software CEO Chris Groves said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to quality, sustainability, and digital transformation: “We are proud to support emma & noah’s ambitious growth journey with a solution that enables agility, efficiency, and innovation.”
