He has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of SAP implementation and Business Process Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), IT Strategy formulation, and Service and Policy Management. The industry considers him as a dedicated person who lives with a slogan Company first. Having a good understanding of technology, he is an asset to any organisation he works for.
He has received various prestigious awards, including the Technology Leaders Award, Innovative CIO (Top 100), Rising Digital Transformation Leader, and Star CIO of the Year. He has worked with Cera Sanitaryware, Astral, Sandesh, Banco Products, and Dodsal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from South Gujarat University.
