Veteran executive to lead customer-centric innovation amid global platform expansion

Barracuda Networks, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, has appointed Ketan Tailor as its Chief Customer Officer, marking a strategic move to strengthen customer experience as the company scales its platform globally.

Tailor brings over two decades of leadership in customer success, global support, and operational transformation. Most recently, he served as VP of Global Support at Ping Identity, where he helped turn support into a revenue driver and led post-merger integration. His previous roles at xMatters and Sophos further demonstrate his expertise in building high-performance, customer-focused teams.
