With a legacy of driving digital transformation at Apollo and Karkinos, Sivaramakrishnan brings decades of healthcare tech leadership to AHH’s ambitious growth journey.

Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) has appointed Arvind Sivaramakrishnan as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), marking a strategic move to strengthen its technology-led healthcare delivery across its portfolio of single-specialty hospitals.

Sivaramakrishnan brings with him a wealth of experience in healthcare IT, having most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Karkinos Healthcare, a tech-driven oncology platform, for over two years. Prior to that, he was the CIO at Apollo Hospitals, where he led several pioneering digital initiatives that set industry benchmarks in hospital information systems, EMR adoption, cybersecurity, and patient engagement technologies.

At AHH, Sivaramakrishnan will spearhead the group’s digital transformation efforts, focusing on clinical informatics, interoperability, AI-driven decision support systems, and scalable tech infrastructure to support AHH’s expanding portfolio. His appointment comes at a time when AHH is actively investing in modernizing its technology backbone to align with evolving patient needs and operational efficiencies.

Commenting on his new role, Sivaramakrishnan said:

“I’m excited to join Asia Healthcare Holdings at a time when healthcare delivery is being rapidly reshaped by digital innovation. I look forward to working with the leadership team to build technology frameworks that not only support clinical excellence but also enhance patient outcomes and accessibility across the board.”

Sivaramakrishnan’s appointment reflects AHH’s continued commitment to building future-ready healthcare platforms across oncology, fertility, and mother-and-child care, among other areas. His deep understanding of both healthcare operations and enterprise technology positions him well to help AHH scale its digital ambitions across geographies.

Industry observers believe Sivaramakrishnan’s addition to the AHH leadership team will accelerate the integration of intelligent technologies in clinical and operational workflows, ultimately leading to better outcomes for both patients and providers.
