Check Point Receives Recommendation from NSS Labs again

Bolstering the Company’s Long-Standing Record as a Security Leader

Check Point received its eleventh ‘Recommended’ rating from NSS Labs. Check Point’s latest results earned its fifth ‘Recommended’ rating in the NSS Labs Next Generation Firewall Test, delivering top results with the highest block rate (99.8%) from the NSS Labs Exploit Library and tied for the highest security effectiveness score (99.6%).
Key findings from NSS Labs 2016 NGFW report of Check Point’s solution are:

  • 99.8% Security Score against NSS Exploit Library
  • 100% Resistance to Evasion Techniques
  • 100% Stability and Reliability
  • 100% Protection in Key Application Areas
  • 5th Consecutive NGFW ‘Recommended’ Award
  • 11th NSS ‘Recommended’ Award

“The main reason for customers to invest and build security systems is to prevent hackers and malware from getting into their networks and systems, which only can be achieved with technology that offers the best block rate in the industry,” said Gabi Reish, vice president of product management, Check Point. “Receiving the highest rating from NSS Labs in catching the most threats is a testament to the best security deliver by Check Point.”
