Stratbeans Launches Sim Studio to Bring AI-Powered Practice to Enterprise Learning

The platform enables employees to practise realistic workplace conversations with AI-powered personas, helping organisations bridge the gap between training and on-the-job performance.

Stratbeans has launched Sim Studio, an AI-powered experiential learning platform designed to help employees practise real-world workplace scenarios in a safe, simulated environment. The platform aims to address a persistent challenge in corporate training: translating theoretical knowledge into effective workplace performance.

Sim Studio enables organisations to create interactive, scenario-based conversations with AI-powered personas representing customers, prospects, managers, dealers, doctors and other stakeholders. Employees can practise responding to evolving situations, handling objections and managing difficult conversations, while receiving structured feedback to improve through repeated practice.

The platform targets enterprise functions including sales and business development, customer service, human resources, automotive dealer networks, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, retail and frontline operations. Applications range from sales pitches and negotiations to complaint resolution, performance discussions and product readiness.

“Learning becomes meaningful when employees can confidently apply it in real situations.” — Sameer Nigam, CEO and Co-Founder, Stratbeans

A key focus is measuring workplace competency rather than relying solely on conventional training metrics such as course completion and assessment scores. Simulations can be evaluated against organisation-defined parameters, helping employees identify areas for improvement while giving managers greater visibility into competency gaps and progress.

“Learning becomes meaningful when employees can confidently apply it in real situations. Sim Studio brings this practice layer into enterprise learning, enabling employees to experience realistic conversations, learn from feedback and improve through repeated practice,” said Sameer Nigam, CEO and Co-Founder, Stratbeans. “Our aim is to help organisations move beyond measuring what employees know towards understanding how ready they are to perform.”

Sim Studio is currently in its early adoption and use-case validation stage. Stratbeans plans to enhance the platform with deeper performance intelligence, competency-level insights, adaptive simulations and readiness indicators.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Gurugram, Stratbeans works with more than 450 global enterprises across industries, including manufacturing, BFSI, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive and IT. Sim Studio extends its AI-led learning portfolio by adding practical simulation to structured learning and assessment programmes.
