HCLTech Launches 20 Industry AI Solutions to Scale Enterprise AI

Gaurav Dhakar

HCLTech is expanding its push into enterprise AI with the launch of 20 purpose-built Industry AI Solutions, targeting high-value business processes across banking, healthcare and life sciences, aerospace, retail, telecom, mobility, energy and manufacturing.

The portfolio reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI adoption: from experimenting with general-purpose technologies to deploying AI against specific industry workflows where measurable business outcomes can be demonstrated.

Built by a dedicated team of HCLTech engineers and domain specialists, several of the solutions are already deployed at scale, while others are moving through early-stage implementations.

“AI has the potential to transform the very heart of business value chains, but realising that potential requires deep domain specificity and the ability to scale.”

— Dr. Gaurav Dhakar, Global Head – Industry AI Solutions, HCLTech

The company is highlighting measurable results from some of its deployments. VisionX, its computer-vision AI platform for manufacturing and logistics, has improved response times by more than 90% and reduced operational costs by 70% across factory and warehouse environments.

In manufacturing, SmartTwin enables companies to simulate products and plants before physical deployment, helping achieve up to 44% faster time-to-market for new products.

Healthcare and life sciences are another focus area. HCLTech’s Intelligent Regulatory Platform provides regulatory intelligence, while its Intelligent Safety Platform has reduced pharmacovigilance case-processing time by 40–50%.

The company is also applying AI to back-office processes. Its Autonomous Accounts Payable platform is already live at a major global motorbike and tools manufacturer, where it has cut invoice-processing cycle time by 60%.

The strategy points to a growing enterprise demand for AI that can move beyond pilots and become embedded in operational value chains. HCLTech says it will continue expanding the portfolio of repeatable Industry AI Solutions, positioning domain-specific IP as a key route to productivity, efficiency, innovation and measurable business value.
