DXC Technology Opens AI-First Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru to Accelerate Enterprise AI Innovation

New 200,000 sq. ft. facility strengthens DXC’s India footprint with AI Hub, Cyber Range, Co-Creation Labs and customer collaboration spaces to drive enterprise AI adoption

 DXC Technology, a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner, has inaugurated its flagship AI-first Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, reinforcing its commitment to helping enterprises accelerate AI adoption and scale real-world AI deployments. The new 200,000-square-foot facility is among DXC’s largest global delivery hubs and expands the company’s worldwide network of customer collaboration centers.

Purpose-built to enable organizations to move beyond AI experimentation, the new center combines immersive customer engagement spaces, AI innovation capabilities, cybersecurity operations, engineering expertise, and consulting services under one roof. The facility is designed to help customers identify high-value AI use cases, rapidly prototype solutions, and deploy AI across core enterprise systems.

Located in Bengaluru’s technology corridor, the Customer Experience Center features Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs, and Partner Experience Zones, enabling enterprises, technology partners, and DXC experts to collaboratively design, engineer, and scale AI-powered business solutions.

At the heart of the facility is DXC’s flagship AI Hub, supported by an integrated Cyber Range, Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), and Forensics Labs. Together, these capabilities provide customers with an end-to-end environment for developing, validating, securing, deploying, and optimizing AI solutions across complex enterprise environments.
