Partnership targets regulated industries with private AI infrastructure designed to support secure and compliant marketing transformation
Arinox AI and Langoor have announced a strategic partnership to help enterprises in regulated sectors deploy sovereign, on-premise artificial intelligence solutions for marketing operations while maintaining strict data residency and compliance requirements.
The partnership combines Arinox AI’s CommandCore™ and Kogo OS private AI infrastructure with Langoor’s marketing transformation expertise, enabling enterprises to operationalise agentic AI within their own controlled environments rather than relying on public cloud ecosystems.
The initiative is aimed at industries including banking, insurance, defence, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and other data-sensitive sectors where customer information governance and regulatory compliance have become increasingly critical in AI adoption strategies.
“Enterprises don’t need another tool. They need a coherent way to apply AI across the marketing lifecycle, grounded in their own data and their own strategy,” said Venugopal Ganganna, CEO of Langoor.
Arinox AI said the partnership addresses growing enterprise concerns around deploying AI systems while ensuring sensitive customer and operational data remains within controlled, in-country infrastructure environments.
As part of the collaboration, the companies introduced a framework called “Marketing AI In A Box,” designed to help enterprises securely deploy AI-powered customer engagement, personalisation, and campaign operations without exposing data to external cloud processing environments.
Venugopal Ganganna, CEO of Langoor, said enterprises are increasingly looking for AI deployment models that align with both operational goals and governance requirements. “This partnership brings Arinox’s sovereign infrastructure together with Langoor’s transformation practice to give regulated enterprises a deployment path that respects data residency from day one,” he said.
He further added, “It sits alongside the proprietary AI capabilities we continue to build within Langoor, and is one of several ways we help clients operationalise AI in marketing.”
Langoor noted that the framework is intended to complement broader enterprise AI initiatives rather than replace existing marketing technologies.
The partnership comes amid tightening data protection regulations and increasing pressure on enterprises to modernize customer engagement strategies while maintaining greater control over how AI systems process and manage data.
Ajay Kharbanda, CEO of Arinox AI, said enterprises are under growing pressure to balance innovation with governance and compliance responsibilities. “Marketing leaders are increasingly asked to deliver AI-led outcomes while also answering tougher questions about where their customer data lives and who processes it,” he said.
He added, “Our partnership with Langoor gives enterprises a way to deploy agentic AI on their own infrastructure, with a transformation partner who can translate the technology into commercial results.”
Arinox AI’s portfolio includes CommandCore™, a purpose-built AI micro-datacentre platform, and KOGO OS, an agentic AI operating system designed for sovereign AI deployments. The company works with organizations including HPE, Coforge, Sun Mobility, LS Digital Group, and Langoor Media, alongside ecosystem partners such as NVIDIA, Tech Data, Altos, and E2E Cloud.
The partnership also reflects a broader industry shift toward sovereign AI infrastructure as enterprises across regulated industries seek greater visibility, control, and security over how artificial intelligence systems access, process, and govern sensitive business and customer data.
