OptiValue Tek, a global digital engineering and AI‑driven technology consulting firm, has marked a major milestone in its defence technology ambitions by securing a multi‑million dollar government order, significantly strengthening India’s indigenous defence ecosystem under the ‘Make in India’ and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.
The order, awarded through the Government e‑Marketplace (GeM), represents a large‑scale defence technology deployment focused on advanced sensing and detection capabilities. It aligns closely with OptiValue Tek’s recently introduced Integrated Counter‑UAV Defence System (ICUDS) an indigenous, AI‑powered platform designed to address emerging aerial threats.
This win follows OptiValue Tek’s strategic entry into the defence sector with ICUDS, a next‑generation counter‑drone solution capable of detecting, tracking and neutralising sophisticated unmanned aerial threats, including autonomous and RF‑silent drones that can evade conventional detection systems. The platform is designed for deployment across defence, army and naval environments, where rapid threat identification and real‑time response are crucial.
“This order is a strong validation of our indigenous defence technology vision and our commitment to building future‑ready national security solutions.”

Built on a multi‑layered sensor fusion architecture, ICUDS integrates radio frequency intelligence, acoustic sensors and electro‑optical surveillance to deliver faster, more accurate threat recognition. As drone warfare and asymmetric aerial threats continue to evolve, such integrated and intelligent platforms are becoming vital for securing critical infrastructure and enhancing operational readiness.
Commenting on the development, Ashish Kumar, Founder and Managing Director, OptiValue Tek, said the deal validates the company’s long‑term technology vision.
“This multi‑million dollar order is a strong endorsement of our indigenous defence capabilities and our commitment to building future‑ready national security solutions. As aerial threats grow more complex, the need for intelligent, reliable and responsive defence systems has never been greater. ICUDS has been designed to meet these challenges while advancing India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision,” Kumar said.
The contract marks a strategic shift for OptiValue Tek, expanding its footprint beyond enterprise digital transformation into mission‑critical defence and national security technologies. By combining AI, advanced analytics and real‑time decision systems, the company aims to support India’s defence forces with scalable, home‑grown solutions prepared for next‑generation warfare.
With this deal, OptiValue Tek strengthens its position as an emerging player in India’s rapidly evolving indigenous defence technology ecosystem.
