Lenovo India Posts Record USD 1.2 Billion Quarterly Revenue, Riding AI Wave and Digital Demand

Strong AI-led portfolio, digital infrastructure demand and hybrid AI strategy propel Lenovo’s 23% YoY growth in India, as Asia Pacific emerges fastest-growing region for the Group.

Lenovo India has reported exceptional financial performance for the second quarter of FY25/26, clocking a robust USD 1.2 billion in revenue, a remarkable 23% year-on-year growth, signalling strong momentum across its PC, enterprise and smart solutions business. This growth has been driven by accelerated digital adoption, premiumization trends, GST stimulus, and an expanding market appetite for AI-powered technology.

Delivering on its Hybrid AI vision, Lenovo continues to strengthen its leadership in both Personal AI and Enterprise AI. The company’s end-to-end technology stack—ranging from AI PCs and smartphones to edge, cloud and infrastructure solutions—is helping enterprises, MSMEs, and retail customers transition to the era of hybrid, personalized and secure AI.

Shailendra Katyal, VP and Managing Director, Lenovo India, emphasized the company’s growth and AI readiness, stating, “Lenovo India recorded a strong quarter across all business groups, with Q2 FY25/26 revenue growing 23% year-on-year to USD 1.2 billion. We are riding the AI democratization trend, leveraging our large install base, and building on our strong business foundation to win in Hybrid AI. With a purpose-built, smarter AI for all ready portfolio, we are committed to expanding our leadership in Personal AI and delivering our value proposition in Enterprise AI.”

He further highlighted transformation momentum in the Indian market, saying, “India is evolving into a global hub for digital capability centers and enterprise transformation. The demand for AI-powered PCs, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and intelligent services is growing at an unprecedented pace. Lenovo is uniquely positioned to enable this shift, helping businesses of all sizes unlock productivity, personalization and scalable AI innovation.”

At a global level, Lenovo Group posted an all-time high quarterly revenue of USD 20.5 billion, up 15% year-on-year, with adjusted net income growing 25% to USD 512 million. The company saw AI-related revenue rise significantly, accounting for 30% of total revenue, fueled by high-double-digit growth in AI Servers and triple-digit expansion in AI PCs, AI smartphones and AI services.

In the Asia Pacific region, which excludes China, the Group reported USD 4.2 billion in revenue, marking a 23% YoY growth—the fastest among all geographies and representing 21% of Lenovo’s global revenue.

With innovation, hybrid AI leadership, and a strong Global/Local model, Lenovo is shaping the future of personalized and enterprise AI at scale—cementing its position as a global AI powerhouse.
