Armis Raises $435 Million Pre-IPO Funding, Valued at $6.1 Billion

Yevgeny Dibrov

In a move that reinforces investor confidence in cybersecurity innovation, Armis, the global leader in cyber exposure management, has secured a US$435 million pre-IPO funding round, elevating its valuation to US$6.1 billion. The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives with major participation from CapitalG and new investor Evolution Equity Partners, alongside existing backers.

The funding comes as Armis surpasses US$300 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), reflecting a growth rate exceeding 50%. The company currently protects more than 40% of Fortune 100 firms, including seven of the Fortune 10, across sectors such as manufacturing, finance, aviation, and healthcare.

“This round marks another defining moment in our journey to build a category-defining cybersecurity company,” said Yevgeny Dibrov, CEO and Co-Founder, Armis.

Yevgeny Dibrov, CEO and Co-Founder of Armis, emphasized the company’s long-term vision:

“Our growth proves that organizations are embracing a unified, exposure-based approach to security. This round signals investors’ belief in Armis as a leader in cybersecurity, driven by our focus on customers and innovation.”

Armis plans to use the capital to accelerate its roadmap toward US$1 billion in ARR and to prepare for an initial public offering (IPO). Funds will also fuel product innovation, go-to-market expansion, and strategic acquisitions. Over the last two years, Armis completed three M&A deals, strengthening its capabilities in cloud, AI, and operational technology (OT) security.

Irit Kahan, Managing Director, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, noted:

“Armis is redefining cyber exposure management by providing a comprehensive and unified layer of visibility—turning blind spots into intelligence.”

Since its founding in 2016, Armis has emerged as a trusted cybersecurity partner for governments and enterprises globally. Its Centrix™ Platform delivers real-time visibility and control across every connected asset, enabling organizations to manage cyber risk and maintain operational resilience in an increasingly perimeter-less digital world.
