Mercedes-Benz India and Zoho Launch ‘SKYLine’ to Transform Dealer and Customer Experience

Mercedes-Benz India Zoho SKYLine Dealer Management System

Mercedes-Benz India has partnered with Zoho to launch ‘SKYLine’, a bespoke Dealer Management System (DMS) built entirely in India to digitize and personalize the customer journey across its nationwide dealership network. Developed over two years and backed by 8,000+ man-days of testing and training, SKYLine is now live across all dealerships.

Built on Zoho CRM and powered by Zoho’s Qntrl orchestration platform, SKYLine introduces a decentralized architecture that gives each dealership autonomy while maintaining centralized governance. It integrates seamlessly with Mercedes-Benz’s global systems via a robust middleware layer, enabling real-time data exchange without altering HQ infrastructure.

“SKYLine sets a new benchmark in customer experience by blending technology with personalized service,” said Santosh Iyer, MD & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India.

SKYLine digitizes the full service lifecycle—from booking and inspection to technician assignment, live job tracking, and post-service feedback. It also streamlines courtesy car management and pre-owned vehicle operations, supported by embedded analytics for real-time decision-making.

“SKYLine sets a new benchmark in customer experience by blending technology with personalized service,” said Santosh Iyer, MD & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India. “It’s a world-class, secure, and locally developed platform that empowers customers and dealers alike.”

Mani Vembu, CEO of Zoho, added, “This project reflects what’s possible when product teams and customers co-create with purpose. SKYLine is a decentralized platform built to solve real-world challenges with precision and scale.”

With real-time updates, AI-driven analytics, and a unified customer portal, SKYLine marks a strategic leap in redefining luxury ownership—‘Made in India, for India’, with global adaptability.
