Live demos reveal how intelligent operations are transforming electronics and semiconductor manufacturing
Critical Manufacturing is bringing its vision of the Factory of the Future to life at SEMICON Europa and productronica 2025, showcasing how AI, MES, and intelligent operations are reshaping electronics and semiconductor production. In collaboration with ASMPT, the company will demonstrate how its Manufacturing Operations Platform connects machines, systems, and people into one adaptive, insight-driven ecosystem.
At the Smart Manufacturing Pavilion and ASMPT booth, visitors will witness live demonstrations of real-time data contextualization—from reflow ovens to quality systems—highlighting how AI can predict and prevent defects before they occur. Through natural-language interaction with an AI copilot, users can explore production data and uncover actionable insights, marking a shift from digital transformation to intelligence transformation.
“AI is only as strong as the data behind it.”
— Pedro Oliveira, Industrial Solutions Engineer, Critical Manufacturing
“Electronics and Semiconductor manufacturing demands speed, precision, and the ability to learn at every stage of production,” said Pedro Oliveira, Industrial Solutions Engineer at Critical Manufacturing. “By connecting machines, MES, and IoT platforms, we’re helping customers build factories where AI continuously learns to drive better outcomes.”
The platform’s semiconductor capabilities include full materials traceability aligned with E142 standards, enabling chipmakers to optimize throughput and sustain yield in complex environments. Complementing this is c-Alice, an AI-powered image classification tool that enhances process control by analyzing production imagery.
“Manufacturers face unprecedented complexity but also enormous opportunity,” added Tom Bednarz, Managing Director for Germany. “Our platform turns that complexity into a strategic advantage, enabling continuous innovation.”
Critical Manufacturing invites attendees to explore its solutions at Booth B1734 (SEMICON Europa) and Booth A337 (productronica), with complimentary tickets and demo bookings available via its event pages. As Industry 4.0 accelerates, the company’s platform is helping manufacturers future-proof operations and lead with intelligence.
