Venugopal Parameswara joins CSB Bank as CISO. He comes from Equitas Small Finance Bank where he has served as CISO too.
Venugopal has over 24 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Auditing, Security Governance, Compliance program management, Threat Intelligence, Business continuity and Disaster recovery.
In his previous stint, he was playing the role of Head Monitoring and Response function. He was responsible for Cyber security programs, Cyber Threat hunting, and statutory and regulatory compliance and certification programs.
He managed and consulted numerous Corporate Information Security Programs. He was also responsible for developing and deploying the Information Security Program covering governance, risk and compliance.
