KK Varshney joins ACME Group

Kushal Kumar Varshney joins ACME Group as the new Assistant Vice President and Head IT. He will be responsible for the entire IT function – IT Strategy, Technology Roadmap, IT Operations, Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, cyber security, and data privacy.

Prior to his current role, Kushal Kumar Varshney was a Chief Technology Officer at IndiGrid and was part of India’s first and only privately listed Renewable Energy Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). He led the company’s IT strategy, including setting up the IT landscape during the pandemic, completing six M&A portfolio transactions, and assisting with the acquisition of 15 entities and two plants. In his previous roles he has also built scalable systems, handled multiple M&A projects, and headed 50+ engagements in IT transformation, ERP evaluations, and industry 4.0. He has diversified experience in renewable energy, retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, shipping, oil and gas refinery, agro-business, textiles, apparel, automobile, and consulting.

Kushal Kumar Varshney is a Digital Transformer, a Business Partner, and a lifelong learner with 17 years of experience in Enterprises and startups across Manufacturing, Consulting, Risk, Audit-Advisory, and service verticals. Proven expertise in designing and executing business transformation programs, delivering quantified business benefits, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In the past, he has Spearheaded 50+ domestic & international engagements end to end IT Transformation, ERP evaluations (SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle) & Implementation; SFDC (CRM), Mobile Apps, Industry 4.0, (ML-AI, IoT, RPA), ITGC, GRC, SAP Concur, BPC, IS-Retail, SAP AFS, SaaS, Cloud, Data Centers, CMS (Central Monitoring System), API integrations, Rise with SAP (PCE), Legatrix, HRMS, DMS, MES, SCADA, IAM, ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) frameworks (BRSR, GRESB etc.)

After completing his BE from Indore and gaining commendable work experience, he pursued MBA from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
