VirtusaPolaris Kore Managed IT Solutions Integrates Arago’s AI Platform HIRO

HIRO will enable VirtusaPolaris to drive down costs, decrease resolution times and increase efficiency in order to provide greater value to clients

Arago, leader in intelligent IT automation based in Frankfurt and New York City today announced its partnership with VirtusaPolaris, the market-facing brand of Virtusa Corporation and Polaris Consulting & Services and a leading worldwide provider of IT consulting and outsourcing services. VirtusaPolaris will implement Arago’s problem-solving artificial intelligence platform HIRO into its Kore Managed IT Solutions Platform. By automating IT operations, HIRO will enable VirtusaPolaris to drive down costs, decrease resolution times and increase efficiency in order to provide greater value to clients.

By combining HIRO’s cognitive automation capabilities with the Kore Managed IT Services playbooks and solution framework, VirtusaPolaris can drive efficiency and effort compression by up to 75%. Utilizing these technologies, VirtusaPolaris will be able to preemptively identify and solve problems much faster and before they become visible to the business.

In partnership with Arago, VirtusaPolaris has applied their IT Infrastructure expertise in developing a revolutionary framework to securely integrate Arago into a client’s IT stack. In addition, using their 20 years of IT Infrastructure Management experience, VirtusaPolaris has developed automation playbooks which enable clients to start realizing the cost savings benefits in less than eight weeks.
