Highlights regarding implementations in 2016: Redefining the Call Center and Admission System in the University, with a vision to make it fully automated not only with respect to the domain of Employee Ease and productivity by monitoring, self analysis system. But also, to automate it to the client level, wherein they get updated through auto alert, email, sms and online assistance at every progress been made either at their or university level in terms of their application process.
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: To bring the entire system and workflow under Data Analysis / Data Analytics. A comprehensive dashboard that should be interactive enough not only the project the realtime data of multiple campus, but also have a robust alert system based on the thresholds defined as per the process, to ensure employee giving 100% of productivity before the data is on dashboard.
Success mantra: Every brain is innovative and creative. It is just about placing the thought in the right domain and direction.
Favorite piece of personal technology: My mobile camera when I take a selfie while deep in thought. It reminds me, that I am the only person who is responsible to complete the task with desired results.
Hobbies pursued in free time: Try to Innovate and Create new things.
